i am ritika , 3 year past to my marriage, but i am not able to become pregnant, i went to doctor but what r the steps she told my husband is not following that what i can do for this?

Why your husband not follow ? you will openly talk to your husband about this and tell him the importance of the steps...you both need understanding and in this matter...Is ur husband like to delay your pregnancy...

Nuts should be taken only in limited quantity during pregnancy or otherwise also.one or two pieces of anyone of these nuts will be sufficient.too much of it will make you put on weight more than normal,which is not advised.dry fruits are not needed. You take fresh fruits.dry fruits are for people who are under weight .
