Yokibu is a school related networking site. Once you  create a login there, you would be able to search for the school where you child is studying in and join the group. So, you will be able to connect to other parents from the same class/school as your child and exchange information. 

In order to join the group, you first need to get an invite. This is done for security reasons. If you know anyone else who is a member of the group, you could ask them to forward an invite to your email and you could join the site. I'm not a member of Yokibu. I'm aware of these details because I was involved in developing website content for Yokibu couple of years back. You could just try asking other parents in your kid's class for sending an invite, if they are a member of yokibu.
