 My son is scheduled to undergo orthognathic surgery at rajan dental care.   what are the precautions i need to take care of?   Need I to be cautious about the the complications or the pre-operative procedures?  Most grateful for your valuable advice

Swelling, Nausea and vomiting, Minor bleeding, Loss or alteration of nerve sensation, Sinus complications, Injuries to adjacent teeth and roots
