Dear all,

I stay in Anna nagar East.

I work for 5 days and i cannot spare time in the week days to go to gym??, so i would like to go to some kind of sport classes, can anybody suggest, i had a wild thought of going to dance classess but i dont know even abcd of dance, can anybody suggest me, because i go to do something on my weight, pleaseeeeee

U can buy a tread mill or eliptical for self and exercise at home

Only diet and exercise can help in reducing weight....

U can attend weekend gym/ yoga classes...power yoga is supposed to be good...i know a few  places in annanagar where they teach power yoga...else as Dhaarini suggested, aerobics....

Try to walk atleast for 20 mins everyday...lets assume the worst case scenario where u cant even go out and walk everyday...the best thing is to walk inside the house or on the terrace..but beleive me, it makes a lotta difference....

go for a yoga class

and spent 30-45 mins daily for it without fail im sure u can reduce weight

Well..mine is a different story..I joined the gym for 3 months....and I gradually reduced weight…..even after missing a lot of classes

My family strongly felt ....I started reducing the day I paid my gym package ( Gym comes with a huge bill now a days)

Fast walking is one great way to enjoy your day / evening with kids (optional) and also reducing some extra kgs...

You can also look at combination of walking with some minor changes to your diet...

Only exercise doesn’t not give great benefits!

Hey me too tried VLCC but not a great change...had other effects cos of it..

Do Brisk walking, it reduces ur weight enormously, ofcourse with  a diet control.

Just have oats in the morning (not with milk but with butter milk after filtering it)

Then have some fruits at 11.00am.Then  before having ur lunch eat some veg salad, or have butter milk or water so that ur inatke will be less in qty.

Then relax ur self, dont sleep....then go for walking  when ever u find time , do exercise in the morning  preferably.

Eat 2 hrs before going to bed in the night-very important

Everday have one fruit.

If u follow this am sure u will reduce ur weight.

Avoid taking more sugar, oily items,varutatu , poritatu...
