Hi,

I got married before 3 years but still i am not geting pregnant when i get married that time my age is very less so i dont know about the family life ,still i am not having much idea about family life,pregnany,baby care also i cant discuss with anyone regarding this so please let me know How often should I have sex to get pregnant? and what are the things i want to follow to get pregnant soon ?

Hi during ovulation period you can have intercourse.This ovulation depend on your period span if it is 30 days span then ovulation will be fifteenth day of our period so you can conceive at that time.Please consult a gynecologist

I feel some milk secretion but im 7 th month of pregnancy now,is it normal to secrete milk from the breast prior to delivery?

It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .

Ther may be watery secretion which is normal

I m 11^th week of pregnancy, I am healthy. Do I still need to take iron and calcium tablets? It will create any side effects.

Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
