My neighbor’s daughter who is studying 9th std is having a red color big patch like thing in the head. When I asked to them regarding this they said that it is one kind of mole. I have not seen like this before it is hard for me to believe. So anyone have seen like this before and it is so why it is like red in color because normally moles will be black in color. Is that due to any problem or is it normal.

Most common moles are dark brown or black, so finding red moles on skin can be scary at first. Cherry angiomas, medically known as Campbell de Morgan spots, can appear at any location, on both genders, at any age. There isn't a concrete reason why these spots occur, but it has been discovered that the frequency of cherry red moles increases with age. Cherry angiomas vary in size and in color. It is common.
