Is swimming during pregnancy is safe? recently i have seen one pregnancy realted book there they mention swimming is not good during second trimster pregnancy ? when i search in google or any other search engine i got various sites they mentioned swimming is the best excercise during pregnancy but they are not mention about first trimster,second or third trimster they only mention swimming during pregnancy is good? so let me know the real opionion about my question..

I feel its best and good exercise ..i have given you following trimesters description clearly so that you can know what happens when swimming,
Swimming in the first trimester
Your goal should be to try and swim for at least 20 minutes and every other day for maximum benefit. If you are suffering from morning sickness, then swimming in the morning will help you with the morning sickness, but then it may also make it worse. You will have to see how it effects you and take it from there.
Swimming in the second trimester
One of the beauties about swimming during pregnancy is that you wont really have to cut down on your routine as your pregnancy progresses, because of the fact that it is such a low impact form of exercise.What may require more attention is that as your belly gets bigger you may have to think about purchasing a maternity swimsuit.

Yes, my OB told me it's completely safe, works pretty well in getting rid of my first trimester morning sickness too.
It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .
Ther may be watery secretion which is normal
