Hi,
my arms have more fat than other parts of the body.so i am very much worried about my arms shape and also really i hate this.I need a immediate solution to reduce arms fat without weight lifting.

I think, you need to lose the fat from the arms as well as tone them up. To lose the fat from the arms means that you will need to reduce your ENTIRE body fat at it is best to lower the fat percentage all over.
With that said, to reduce arm fat means that you will need to burn more calories than you eat. By doing this, you will not only reduce arm fat but you will also reduce the fat from other parts of the body at the same time.
So now you have the fat burning taken care of, it’s time to tone up the arms. This is best accomplished by certain exercise, a few of which I will mention in this article.
Arm Fat
A good exercise to work the front of the arm is the Bicep curl.
1.The Bicep Curl
This is best performed with dumbbells. Hold the dumbbells in the palms of your hands with your arms straight down. Then flex the lower arm upwards from the elbow so that the dumbbells end up almost touching your shoulders. Your upper arm should remain in the same position and you should also be twisting your palms outwards as they are coming up towards the shoulder.
Do this 12 – 15 times to complete one set. Aim for three sets with a small break of a minute or two in between each one.
2.Another simple but effective exercise to tone up the back of the arm is the Tricep pushdown.
The back of the arm is an area which many of us would like to be a lot firmer. Make sure that you do them nice and steady so you do not spoil your form. Make sure your elbows stay positioned right below the shoulders as you do this exercise.
Do this 12 – 15 times to complete one set. Aim for three sets with a small break of a minute or two in between each one.
3.Then there is the Lying Triceps Extension.This is usually the exercise that is most effective when you need to tone up the arm muscles when reducing your fat. No need to rush this exercise as you will get more benefit if you perform it in a steady and controlled manner.
Do this 12 – 15 times to complete one set. Aim for three sets with a small break of a minute or two in between each one.
These exercise combined with burning off the extra calories to reduce your body fat will help to reduce arm fat and tone up leaving those arms looking nice and sleek.
