I got a pedometor and lost the little booklet. i am trying to loss weight and i know there is amount steps for weight loss but not sure. how much also not sure. if it is a daily amount of steps or weekly i am trying loose about 30 lbs. in like 6 month.
You can still eat the foods you love but just not so often 1500 calories per day is a very safe caloroie intake.I included many of the foods I love to eat but simply ate them less frequently, most meals were made up of healthy foods.I even had take away meals on day 2 but compensated during the day by eating more fruit and low energy foods.Losing weight is easy if you really want to do it.
The best part about the diet is I'd eat more food on this diet than before I started the diet.
