• raw potato juice or radish juice+ besan paste around eyes for 10 minutes and then cold water wash
• cucumber slice on eyes for 20 minutes
• wet tea bags on eyes for 20 minutes
• deworm yourself
• drink plenty of water, buttermilk
• drink green tea regularly
• massage your eyes with almond oil at night
• sleep for at least 8 hours at night (undisturbed sleep)
• take breaks from computer every 20 minutes and do some cooling down exercises

One tip which I have come across, to reduce dark circles around the eyes is, to rub few drops of olive oil around the dark cirlce area, every night, before you go to bed.

all good answers given already.. one more effective one is

grate raw potatoes , add a few drops of olive oil to it and apply it as a pack around your eyes.. leave it for an hour or so and wash it away... do it regularly and you will c the change within 2 weeks... try it.. it really works....  and cucumber one is also very good and effective...

For dark eye circle, my friend gave me Amway's under eye cream.. thats really worked on me.. but with that cream, you have to drink lots of water and 7-8 hours sleep also mandatory as suggested in previous answers.....If you want to try that under eye cream, then let me know...i am using lots of Amway products..
