Hi friends,
After seeing Vel's question on Swine flu vaccine, I remembered about this cervical cancer vaccine which I am hearing lately. Anyone has ideas on this one? Is it good to take? Suggested for our girl babies too? What are the criterias?
thanks.
I think it should be given to girls around the age of ten. I remember seeing a brochure in my son's paed's clinic.

Hey Princess..pls dont opt for that vaccine since I read in one ofthe magazines..its not advisable and there have death reports of minor girls....I think It was Aval Vighadan magazine but not sure of which magazine...
My doctor told me that it is to be given to unmarried women. When I asked unmarried or women who have not had intercourse, he said the latter. Other than this, I dont have any other details.
Thanks friends for all the info.. so there are varied opinions :) Will browse through for more opinions and share the info, if useful
If your son is otherwise fine, Urine surrounded by ants is no indication that someone is diabetic , this is quite a common feature, but because diabetes runs in families so whenever you visit your paediatrician next do discuss your family history with him so that he/she can keep a watch.
Hi Natalia,
No 2 kids are same so u cannot compare him with your daughter, From what you have written, doesn’t looks like there is a problem, some kids start speaking late, so if his understanding of things and hearing is all right, don’t worry, just continue talking to him, reading to him and otherwise stimulating him and just relax and enjoy your babies!
