i think these books are both + and _,because i had a book and was very useful for me i.e the book contains how to lift kids,feed kids,what position should we sit,food,etc,medicines,etc all in the book,but i feel book is for our guidance,amma paati thaan real guider for us,

are u drinking jeera water,i.e dry roast 1 tsp jeera and boil in 1 cup water,reduce to half and drink twice daily,very good for making delivery easy,even now the acidity problem won't come

My child is one year old. One of my friend's friend suggested me a book in Tamil called Enna Thavam Saidhanai - very apt for Indian / Tamil culture and very practical approach. I got it from my friends friend as it is yet to available in open market. Search in google for "Enna Thavam Saidhanai", gives you more details in locanto and quirk. I can vouch for this book and I read it completely.

this was a very cute book... i dont have it... but got it from a friend who was also pregnant... it was very cute...

its very useful as well.. it has tips to handle the baby right from birth till the age of 3 i guess..

gives more tips on labour and childbirth also..

Yeah even i suggest Mother and Baby from Johnson and Johnson...You could very well take tips from your elders...You can read through this when u r free and you will be equipped to handle any situation which comes in later months...All the best...

I feel some milk secretion but im 7 th month of pregnancy now,is it normal to secrete milk from the breast prior to delivery?

 It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .

Ther may be watery secretion which is normal

I m 11^th week of pregnancy, I am healthy. Do I still need to take iron and calcium tablets? It will create any side effects.

 Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence  we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
