Hi i'm Sumathi Saj my problem are abt 12yrs child he is restless he cant keep quite for 1mint also. same thing in school very naughty always we get complaint from the teacher saying that he is naughty and sofar we changed 3 school asap now and finally we put him in hostel. Could any one can help me out with the answer.

Sumathi : May be he needs his energy to be let out in a channelized way . Talk to him & find out if he is interested in going for extra learnings in Music , any instrument , dance classes .. Divert him with some extra curricular activity where he can spend his extra energy ...

I think putting him to a hostel is a wrong decision. He needs parental care more than other children and you have deprived him of the same. Try to spend a lot of time with him and as Buna says channelize his energies. His naughtiness may be a way of expression of boredom or displeasure. Try to analyze his behaviour istead of transfering the resposibility to a residential school, who will never be able to replace a mother.
