What is the usage of babycorn. can we make any recipe with baby corn. it is safe for health?

Corn is a rich source of many essential nutrients and fibre. A meal rich in corn can go a long way in protecting yourself against many diseases and ailments.
Baby Corns have complex carbohydrate which provides a steady stream of energy through out the day
It is a good source of soluble fibre and cooked Sweet corn is said to have anti oxidant which is supposed to prevent cancers and Heart diseases.
Baby corn is good source of a B vitamin called folate, or folic acid.
To Temper:
| Oil | 1 tblsp |
| Jeera | 1 tsp |
Cut the baby corn to your desired shape and boil it with salt and turmeric until done.
Heat a pan with oil and temper with the jeera. Add onion and green chillies and fry till transparent.
Add the cooked baby corn and red chilli powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato and capsicum and fry for 2-3 more minutes in medium flame.
Top with coriander leaves and drizzle with some ghee if you want,gives a nice touch…
Fry for a minute and transfer to the serving bowl. Serve
Babycorn,can be boiled in salt water and eaten like that.Unlike corn,u can eat babycorns fully.
U can make bajjis with that.It has a bland taste,so u can very well use it in gravies,it'll not alter the taste of the dish.
Cut it into pieces and add into any curry or gravy.
Cut into pieces, add eggs and onions and make a sandwich curry
Finely chop, add onions, chillies, coriander and mix into a batter and fry bajjis
