 i dont know the best sunscreen, but the way to apply is first moisturizer and then sunscreen. 

Else take little moist, and little extra sunscreen, mixboth and then apply over face. now a days there are sunscreen creams with moisturising content also..

u can use Lakme and no need to use moisturizer .. sunscreen has moisturizer in it

I dont think u need to use moisturiser in addition to sunscreen. U can add a few of water to the sunscreen and apply it on the face. It gives a lighter coverage(ideal for the kind of heat here), and the greasy feeling will not be there. Even the oil-free sunscreens give u that greasy sticky feeling. I follow this after having read this suggestion by Shenan Hussain from her columns, many times.

Apply sunscreen mixed with a few drops of water, then compact, the 'powdered' effect lasts for hours..! Btw, i stopped using Lakme, and switched to Himalaya
