which shop or place in chennai can one get ghagra choli for 9 yr old girl. she needs it for her school function. the dress with mirror works. and how much would it cost usually.?

Try it in Rajasthani and Punjab handloom exihibitions! There are plenty of them happening in some permanent shops! I have seen some in places like R K Salai, Pondy Bazaar, Mount Road ( just off Greams road)! You get nice ones! Try it out!

Jayasree, tried in pondy bazar , the punjab/haryana handloom opposite to flora/SKC.. but they have for college going girls.. for small girls like 9-10 yrs olds where do we get..

Do u need it rental u can go for costume centre in kodambakkam..sure it helps rather than buying..thry have for all kids...and u can take in Chennaisilks..

Mirror works they have..rent s around 200-300...rather u can go this insttead of buying da..bcos mirror works vechu we cant use it for long time..go for this..am sure u like it chithu

I have seen Mirror work Ghagra Choli type dresses for little girls in a shop on the Rameswaram Road ( the small road from the southern side of Doraisamy subway which leads to Ranganathan Street)! Did u check it out there? Also, I remember buying one from that Mount Road shop for my daughters when they were 10 and 4 years old! They looked so cute! I faintly remember that shop coming beside the 'Punjabi Dhaba' on the Mount Road!
