Tags : travel in Ninth Month of Pregnecy
I am suppose to travel in 1st week of 9th month and the journey is about 24hrs in train. could you please suggest me, is this safe.
What kind of precautions i need to take?. i have a doc's appt next week. I am planning to discuss, but I wanted your advise on the questions i need to concentrate.
First tell me if this travel is very very essential... if it s not that much important one, my suggestion would be to avoid it... its always better to avoid travel that too for longer hours like 24 hours, you should certainly avoid without question... plz take care of yourself & my wishes for you to deliver a healthy baby....
i travelled in my 35th week from delhi to chennai in rajdhani... 28 hours of journey..
didnt find any problem.. was pretty comfortable...
try sleeping on your sides.. have more water.. take frequent walks in the train... it should be fine...doctor gave me some tablet to take 2 days before travel, during travel and 2 days after travel...
consult your gynaec for proper advice before travel...
i dont think it is advisable to travel even if doctor suggests. Think of one situation. If you get delivary pain within the 24 hrs of train travel what would you do?
The tentative date of delivery is about 3 weeks time, no worry to travel in a comfortable way, like AC coach. Otherwise think twice. Moreover consult ur Doctor for the possibility of delivery before the said date. Then u decide. Anyway happy journey and have a healthy baby.
If you are keeping good health than can you very much travel...try booking in AC coach (prefer 1 tier) since the jerk is very less...also have a back up plan...in case if u get pains on the way..think of some alternative and keep it handy so that u dont have to think at the nth hour..since u have another 3 weeks for due date u can travel comfortably...happy journey...
It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .
Ther may be watery secretion which is normal
Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
