Many are telling me to go to yoga/excercise classes for easy delivery.. any pointers in and around tambaram?
if i get some info regarding any classes/course, i can discuss with my doctor and decide.
Check with your doctor Sugi, she/he will give u some set of exercises which suits your health.
simple walking is best...
dont try anything new during pregnancy... this is my opinion...
check with ur concerned she will tell u what sort of excersise u have to do during pregnancy
u can do but after consulting with ur gyno..
but i dont know anything near Tambaram
s, i too go with sangita and suganthi .walking is the best.and do simple works at home. i was doing all the household works like sweeping , mopping, cooking, washing vessels.if not all do atleast whatever u feel is possible.
doing all these i delivered easily without much pain that too within 3 hours.

sugi, dont do rigorous excercise ma.Walking is the very best!!!
Walking can be done all through the pregnancy unless adviced otherwise by your gynac. Also, I had taken up yoga classes during pregnancy at Krishnamacharya Yoga mandiram. They have special instructors for this. If you plan to take it up, ask for experienced yoga teacher at their centre.
It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .
Ther may be watery secretion which is normal
Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
