Hi ladies, I'm looking for a school in medavakkam (Ponmar) for my 3 yr old daughter, i'm currently in USA will be returning in march 2011. Can anyone suggest me a good CBSE school. Also is anybody aware of ponmar area near medavakkam. B'coz i ;ve committed my house there with casa builder. Please suggest me and thanks in advance.

both psbb and bvm(bala vidya mandir) are good schools in medavakkam and both r cbse syllabus. bharathi vidyalaya too much of pressure and concentration only in studies is wat i heard.

and abt the fee structure for both the school comes to 1 lakh for first yr admission.

btw sansiv u mean casa grande flats near medavakkam??

Hi,

There is one near global hospital, BVM global branded one. And one more opposite to that is Bharathi vidyalaya. U can try both. BVM global is little costly.

and very close from medavakkam.. u can opt for PSBB millenium school in semmenchery. I dont abt the fee structure !!

If your son is otherwise fine, Urine surrounded by ants is no indication that someone is diabetic , this is quite a common feature, but because diabetes runs in families so whenever you visit your paediatrician next do discuss your family history with him so that he/she can keep a watch.

Trust this finds u in best of health.

I am a mother of 2 kids. daughter age 6 and son 22 months. my concern is my son. its been a couple of months now, he blabbers alot. there are a few words i can understand but most of the time he blabbers or talks baby talk to himself or to us. he can say mamma, dadda, come, more (if he wants more to eat) numnum for food, the word no, his sister's name very recently. he loves to sing rhymes. but he cant prenounce the words perfectly but say he is 4 out of 10. the melody is perfect. it was all very adorable but sometimes its very worrying to hear him blabber. i wonder if it is normal. i am quite anxious to know cause i did not experience this with my daughter. infact she started talking really well by this time. please advise. Thanks for reading.

Hi Natalia,

No 2 kids are same so u cannot compare him with your daughter, From what you have written, doesn’t looks like there is a problem, some kids start speaking late, so if his understanding of things and hearing is all right,don’t worry, just continue talking to him, reading to him and otherwise stimulating him and just relax and enjoy your babies!
