Hi mollu,

Brinda is very right. White dhoti with golden, red or green border along with half sleeve white shirt and surely white towel with same border, sure to apply thiruneer pattai on his forehead with little kum kum on centre. Hair style go for typical south indian style, some swamy dollor chain in his neck, if possible in his hand tie some temple bands available in black or red colour (easily available near any temple).

If he is not comfortable with dhoti, let him go for brahmins panchakacha dhoti model, but no shirt, topless with a white thread across his chest called  punal.

hey friends i hav jus added 2 fotos of it..wherein when he was dressed me n my hubby was laughing at me and he was also happy so immediately asked his dad - "acha nan super aa irukena nu?" we said super achu nu..

odane avan odi poi kanadi munnadi sirichi kitte pathan thats all avan moonjiye maripochu he felt bad avanuku andha style pudikale. romba nerama kandi munadi nidhu feel panittu irundhan -"eppadi irundha nan ippadi ayitene" haha..very funny le.

Typical madarasi dress for boys will be dhoti and thundu ( a small piece of cloth on the shoulder (angavastharam)) and you can decorate him more with your creativity. You can but "kadukan" ear studs for boys.
