For me this is first pregnancy,i have too mush stress from many things, many people say getting stressed leads to low birth weight of baby.I am really scared.Please help me,how to avoid stress during pregnancy.

Be frank in all the side. sleep well . read nice stories. atleasrt half an hour spend for yoga meditation. then you will realise the changes from stress.

See good clean and funny movies. Listen to good music. Do things you like. There is a Secret CD available in Crossword etc. It will teach you how to deal with stress
As Wakeetha said..try to take things on lighter sense...
You can also go for yoga session..they will teach you exercises for pregnancy.
Also you can listen to melody music and relax ur mind..there are special CDS available for pregnancy..check out for that...
keep urself somehow engaged in any hobbies like sweaterknitting...or some sort of painting..so that ur attention is diverted.
stress not only causes low birth wt babies,but your state of stress will be transfer to your baby,which will cause lifelong effect
preganancy stress affects your baby in many ways.your state of stress will be carried to your baby,& it will affect him lifelong.also it will creat lot of problems during delivery.so be carefull &as far as possible try to remain stressfree. engage yourself in meditation,reading good books,listen light music,stay as far as possible from tv serials, horrer movies,which will definately affect your baby.
It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .
Ther may be watery secretion which is normal
