Can some one suggest me good diet plan for 1.7 yr baby?
9.00 AM -- A glass of plain milk
10.00 AM --- Normal Breakfast (Which u will preapre for ur self)
12.30 PM --- A big bowl of dhall rice boiled together with carrots and beans and a bowl of curd rice
4.30 PM --- Any Fruit (Banana/Apple)
6.30 PM --- A glass of plain milk
8.30 PM --- chappathi or Rice or Ragi

basic rule - atleast 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 1 cereal(rice, wheat, oat, ragi etc), 2 cups of milk, 1 dates for iron :)
