I need to make potato salad this monday Is it possible to prepare the potatoes a few days ahead and keep them in the fridge before completing the recipe?

Dont keep cooked potatoes very long time,it wont be well.Turns to dark and gummy.

Hi, If potatoes are prepared earlier it losses its taste and colour and particularly if kept in fridge it starts smelling. the best thing is to prepare it on the day u want to serve and squeeze lemon on it.
