Can you tell me Pregnancy food at first trimester?
Congratulations Anandi! So when are you due? There is no specific food that you need to follow during pregnancy. You can eat whatever you like. I heard that its best to avoid Pappaya, pineapple, Mackeral fish, (because it contains mercury), Ajinomoto (Contained in chinese food). Make sure you eat a good amount of verggies and fruits everyday and a glass of milk.
It is not normal.please check with your doctor .if the baby is alive and healthy then don’t worry .
Ther may be watery secretion which is normal
Most of the Indians are anemic and the diet is not sufficient in iron and calcium.hence we advise routinely iron and calcium supplementation.they can cause some discomfort in the stomach for few people.most of the time it is well tolerated
