And mainly i want to know your review about ABACUS is necessary or not..
hi i too want to know the reviews about ABACUS.i want to join my son in abacus next year.i think learning abacus will make the kids to do maths faster&easier.
My relatives kids 3 of them had joined the ALOHA and got certificates as well...But i don't see that they are good enough in maths..they are still on average..after all maths doesn't end with add, sub.multiply and divide....
Anyways I don't say it is bad...may be it help ur kids in younger stages till 5th std..after which starts algebra, trignometry, geometry etc..
Hi,
Abacus is not only mathematics. It stimulates right brain, which is analytical and stores pictures. Any activity that stimulates right side of the brain is good for children.
My son went for a Abacus course and won an internationa award. It was very helpful. Only common problem I observed with Abacus children is over confidence. So, they tend to do lot of silly mistakes in their school exams.
Best age to send your child for Abacus class is 8-12 yrs.
If your son is otherwise fine, Urine surrounded by ants is no indication that someone is diabetic , this is quite a common feature, but because diabetes runs in families so whenever you visit your paediatrician next do discuss your family history with him so that he/she can keep a watch.
Hi Natalia,
No 2 kids are same so u cannot compare him with your daughter, From what you have written, doesn’t looks like there is a problem, some kids start speaking late, so if his understanding of things and hearing is all right, don’t worry, just continue talking to him, reading to him and otherwise stimulating him and just relax and enjoy your babies!
