if parents have time they should leave and pick the children
School transport is convenient as it is not possible for parents to drop and pickup kids daily. It's all the more troublesome if the school is far away.School transport is safe and tension free. They take the responsibility and see to it that the kids reach home safely during break downs or some strikes.Kids will also be excused if they reach a bit late to school if they commute by school bus.First preference would always be parents pickup and drop..............provided it is convenient for them to do so.Next best option will be school bus.
I think parents pick and drop facility is the best... but its not possible always so school bus is the next best option ....
Parent's pick and drop is the safest. But if both the parents are working it is difficult so next option is School bus.But private van's and auto's lack safety and security. There is no value of the child in such transportation. There are many good driver's I'm not against them.
To, as parent we need to depend on school transport only, i can share some of benfits, in school bus child is safe hand, reach school on time, some is there to take care of our child, in case of if and but some is responsible. look into all the angle.
I have worked as Hr.Sec.School Teacher. Education was not given importance by Govt's. It is a fact that proper standadisation was not implemented across the country. Education is converted into business. This situation has reached its heights. Now people are regreting for the same. It was a high priority task,as far as growth of our Country is concerned. Change in the approach of teaching methodologies , streamling fees structure would have added a lot of value for our literacy statistics. Business minded schools have filtered core Values amoung students.,Teachers also find it difficult to monitor these as they are converted as monotonous machines ,only setting papers and correcting them. Parents soley depend on schools as they expect the schools to impart these values, since they spend lot of money for education. Many schools without play grounds and proper facilitation, charge high fees even now. Poor Parents are forced to undergo pains to educate their children. JUST DREAMING AND EXPECTING INDIA TO BE THE BEST DEVELOPED COUNTRY ..... LOOKS FUNNY...

Dear all,
Stress levels not reduced for school children after bringing many reforms also. Still the same methods are followed by some schools wherein we could find children getting frustated, tensed and disinterested to do many activities. All this is happening to them because of the stress levels at school as well as at home. Some schools are having examinations every month without any activity or relief from regular subjects. Or schools just put everything on children or parents to get the material for the activities that are to be done at school . Children between 3 to 10 years of age group are very sensitive and cannot cope up with many things at one time. They should be let free to think, do what they like and most important is that they should feel free with parents as well as teachers at schools. But now-a -days we are still hearing of corporal punishments causing children hatred towards schools.
I am Sita have taken many creative workshops for kids between age group 5 to 10 yrs including creative works, G.K.,games, etc.......Thus children do get break from their routine work and enjoy live workshops. These workshops benefit them to think creative, act creativily and especially different games give them relaxation from their daily stress. Those schools interested to have such workshops at your schools also , you can mail me at sita_gayatri@yahoomail.com
Thanks

my name is kirupa ganesh working as Asst Manager in a financial institution. this year i have in my career as well as domestic front achieved memorably which i would like to share with you. Though the year started as every year, during april after completion of financial year, our office had issued awards for best workers. somehow, i was withheld from the above. But i took it as a challenge and put right efforts in right direction and won the first women to achieve 2.00 crores target (in business canvassing)award which included cash award and appreciation certificate which was given by our management. The thing to share with you is with lot of determination and hurdles only with the positive thinking, i made it. My achievement was circulated throughout tamilnadu to our other branches.
Besides the above, i use to write birthday wishes as pudu kavidai to all my friends, colleagues laminate it and present them and everyone showed their appreciation because of the significance i hv given to them and the powerful words i used.
My advice to all womenfolk is do not give up and never give up. Inculcate positive thinking in all your acts, emotions be confident and an achiever. We are born to win.
