Hi all,

I am Jaya Murari workign for an IT concern near Marathalli. I am a mother of 5 and a half year old son.He is right now going to a montesoori school. I work in 9-6 hrs. But still i dont find  quality time to spend with my son as i reach home by 7.30 in the evening.

The whole day my In-laws take care of my son.They are very good in nature but they pamper him a lot and because of which he is ruined to such an extend that he doesnt even to eat by himself.

please Help.

I had been working as a PR professional for the last five years but doctor advised me against it in the 8th month of my pregnancy. Now my baby is 3 month old and I plan to join work soon. I am looking for a full time maid or some trusted program where I can put my baby. Any suggestions?

Hi Hema...thats the problem i have 11 to 7:30 job which is the reason why Iam unable to put her in creche and these maids charge 4000 rs just for taking care of the child when the child goes to school halfday.No other work.I have been having the maid for the last 4 years but now i really want to get rid of them.Hi everybody ...hwo do you people manage.

hi.. vidhyadeekshit..... it depends on ur office timings... if it is 9 to 6 job... u put ur child to creche... & it help child to migle with others... .. full time.... getting good  maiden is very difficult...
