Would love to share my experience on how I lost weight.
Frankly, I was never overweight just that I didn’t even like to be in the borderline. Tried Yoga, tried herbal life, walking, literally tried starving but ironically I just gained more and more weight with every passing effort.
One of my cousins advised me to stop everything and just stick on to a glass of warm water, with 2 t spoons of honey and a dash of lime every morning, EMPTY STOMACH. Just did that and and I managed to reduce close to 2 kgs of weight in 20 days. And in two months I managed to reduce my weight from 56 kgs to 50 even after discontinuing I have still not put on any extra weight. Honey has a lot of other benefits as well.
But one thing I would like to keep you informed about is, because honey brings along a lot of body heat, try to take a lot of water and cooling agents like tender coconut, juices, a lot of curds etc . Initially it might cause a bit of discomfort but please do not discontinue. I too had developed severe cough for a few weeks. But now I am very thrilled and excited about the result. Please try and let me know.
Last but not the least try to use pure honey, better still go in for a trusted brand. It really works, and I guarantee you all will be pleasantly surprised.

Take a half lime juice and 2 teaspoon honey in luke warm water. Every early m,orning. u will surely see the results.
or
Bitter ground juice with lime juice.
and Kelloges Special k also helps.
