ageing is all in the mind...i read in the articles..till i myself hit the thirties..ha ha ..how wrong the authors were..its not only in my mind ..its in my knees.... my back ..my thyroid...my PMS..everywhere ..its only ageing ..and mind you i am extremely GRRRRACEFUL about it..!!! your take gals ????.
Hi,
This is a welcome note for all new as well as old members of my group.Everyone is ageing with every passing day or, in fact, with every passing moment, so I would like all of you to share your experiences, ideas and suggestions thru this group. I feel that each and every ideas will carry its weight and deliver positively towards the topic.
I would like all the members to go thru my blog 'Women's month' as it carries some message as to how to live our livesin present moment.
Take care!
I believe d more d lady of d house does, more is expected from her.
Now a days if a lady is not working she is expected to handle everything from kids education to buying vegies,to driving kids to their respective classes n various b'day parties. N if on some day/s d maid doesn't turn up then u hv to play that role as well....................n u can't complain...................
I feel this multitasking is not something which v hv taken on ourselves willing but it has been thurst upon us...........maybe due to d social setup which v hv now a days
I don't know but i believe that in our heart of hearts it is not something which v enjoy.............
may b v r proud of our selves but happy v r not...............at least these r my views ,others might hv diffrent views
I would like all the members to create discussion topics in this group so that we all can share our problems and participate in resolving them.
Eg. Are we all very happy with all the multi-tasking we do throughout the day. Does this bring the desired appreciation for us.from everybody around? Do share your views with me.
Thanks
Don't give too much of strain to your mind in the form of guilt or other things as this will give you nothing but high blood presuure ,etc.(you shd. definitely go thru my blog of 'awareness quotient' as it will help u a bit) .You are definitely giving your best to everything so just RELAX!! It is not in your control to make 26 hrs out of 24 hrs a day, So live in the present whether it is office or home. I can understand that it is very difficult for a working woman to attain 100% in everything so you are just like every woman around you. You can be only at one place at a time no matter how hard you try so leave the guilt. Take care!
Really nice thoughts and true for every woman, facing the same situation in her life. Sometimes my husband asks me whats a hurry! But for me want to finish home task at the earliest to steal few moments more to spend with my little daughter. Being a Working Mom, always a guilt factor which is much more than a home Mom. There is no time for herself, perhaps the family of a woman is actually means to her 'HERSELF'.
Playing a superwoman round the clock takes a toll on health along with a heavy baggage of GUILT on shoulders .There is an old saying that a woman's work is never done. An average woman gets up early in the morning ,works non-stop whole heartedly till she goes to sleep at night ,still ,with the guilt that she could have finished off some of the other chores had she not wasted some of her time for her relaxation. This huge guilt never leaves a woman till old age when she finally dies(with no fault of hers). So stop blaming yourself for each and every undone chore because you are just a human being (though you are projected as woman),so you have every right to give yourself some space.Take out sometime for pure enjoyment because time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.
