Hi moms,

All kids like choclates kada. So here is one recipe for choclates may be many of u know this recipe but still wanted to share who doesn't know. Its very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Cocoa Powder   :     4 to 5 spoons

Parle - G Biscuits or Marrie Biscuits  -      6 - 7 biscuits

Sugar powder or Icing sugar       -          3 spoons

Milk Maid or Condensed Milk     -             It can be used as much as u like

Unsalted butter or Ghee        -         4 spoons

Prepartion Method:

Now Powder the biscuites into smooth powder then take that powder into a bowl now add cocoa powder,icing sugar or sugarpowder, milk maid, ghee to this and mix well prepare like a dough. Make them into shapes which ever u like (balls, square ,ect) Now refrigirate them for 15 mins to 30 mins. Ur Choclates are ready.

Give these choclates to ur kids definitely they like it .

Creamy Fruity Sundae:

Ingredients:

Whipped cream-1 cup

Raisins-10-15

Grapes- 1/4 cup

Apple( thin sliced)- 1/2 cup

Stawberries-1/2 cup

Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp

Method:

Mix all the ingredients except cream.Seperately mix cream and vanilla essence and add to the fruits.Serve after refrigerating for a while.

Nutritional value:

The dessert is creamy and tasty and at the same time its not unhealthy.It has all the goodness of fresh fruits and raisins which together makes this dessert nutritious interms of vitamins and minerals.

Hi friends this is ranjitha.......hey even i prepare chocolates yaar....

 Hi Deepika, I made the chocolate but it turned into fudge, it was a little too soft maybe because of the butter. Nonetheless it was a big hit, my kids said they liked it more than Cadbury Silk, lol! Thanks a lot for sharing the recipe with me!

U have many brands of drinking choclate powder, i go for Weikfield driking choclate powder brand.there is also cadbury drinking choclate.

Deepika can you recommend which chocolate powder would be best for this home made chocolate recipe? I went to the store and had some confusion.
