Hello Moms,
I am happy to inform you that Happy Mom had started Postnatal or post Pregnancy Shape up class in R.A.Puram Vanilla Childrens place.
This is a four week class designed for moms to regain strength and energy levels by focusing on postpartum nutrition, fitness-Pilates ,basics of Tai chi and postpartum depression.
The class also has a session on exercising with your babies which is the most exciting part of the class.
