just wanted to know if you your kid keeps crying in creche, wht do you think the creche ppl do?? how do they approach the situation? like for ex. creche where my kids are going, one pati who is supervisor has gone on leave for a month..replacement for her is not as good as her..so I see most of 1.5+ kids crying a lot..This never used to happen till last week..Since this monday, I am seeing this..bit worried about it though my kids do not cry ...wht do you think we should do? is there anypoint in complaining or we have to accept it?

Please start sharing your experiance,feeling about sending your kid to Crache...After lots of thought process, start of this month I came to a conclusion for sending my kids to crache. They go to Kanchanapati , Adyar.. I feel bad sometimes that sending them in daycare at 1 yr but no option..having maid is so difficult. so far my experiance has been good. Pl.share yours as well.
