I think all the working mothers feel guilt as they leave their kids at home either with parents or maids and I have read many articles where kids dont want their mothers to go out and work when they are at home. Its really a difficult decision for every mother to continue their jobs or to quit. As mothers have their own identity and career ambitions too. So first look for the best options that you can give to your kid and still if you are not satisfied then look for jobs in teaching etc profession so that you can spend as much as time with your baby.

BEWARE AT THE TIME OF APPRAISAL.

Hey Don't feel guilty. This dilemma is faced by most of the working mothers. Do u have a joint family? If your in-laws take care of ur kid in your absence, then trust them, They are always better option than leaving ur child with maid. Though Quality time is not a substitute for quantity time, we working mothers have to compromise.
Play with him, whenever u have time. Also, if possible hire a full time maid so that instead of spending time in kitchen or other knick knack activities, u can give him more time.
Don't forget to Kiss him and hug him whenever u are with him or when u r leaving for office, coming back from office. It helps in bonding.

Hi, We have an informal gathering for working young momswho have kids of less than 1yr. of age/ expecting mums on Saturday, 7th August at 2:30 pm. Would you all be interested in coming over for tea & refreshments at the Leela hotel, Ambience Mall in Gurgaon? or how about Radisson, Vasant Kunj? Kids are welcome too. I am actually starting a group which can meet once a month like this. Also planning to get a gynaecologist this time who can help answer our routine queries reagrding pregnancy and babies. Let me know :)
