RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Event Date :9th May 2009, Time: 10.00a.m. onwards. Venue:Ethiraj Kalyana Mandapam, T.T.K.Road,Chennai.
|
|
2. Mothers of all ages are eligible to participate.Each participant can take part only in a maximum of four events.
|
|
3. Reporting time for Ready Steady joot,Asathal Mom and Arusuvai Mom is at 10am.
|
|
4. Reporting time for Madras Mom,Kallakal Mom and Kalai 'Mom' Mummy is at 3pm.
|
|
5. Participants for Ready steady joot,Asathal Mom, Kallakal Mom,Arusuvai Mom, Kalai 'Mom' Mummy should bring their own necessary materials/accessories/ingredients.No materials will be provided by the organizers.

|
6. Paramapatham board and Flowers for Poo Thoduthal event will be provided
|
|
7. Kollukattai to be perpared at home and displayed at venue.
|
|
8. Kai murukku mixed Flour/Mauvu should be brought by the participants.Murukku suthal should be done at the venue.
|
|
9. Micro Mom - Any innovative dish to be prepared in 5 minutes.All pre-prepared ingredients should be brought by the participants.Only microwave cooking will be done on the spot.
|
|
10. Retro Mom - the participant should dress like a yester-year actress and deliver a dialogue at the venue.
|
|
11. Kancheevaram Katu Only Kancheevaram sarees to be draped in an innovative style(Can come dressed from home).
|
|
12. Sigai Allangaram The participants should come with a hair style of 60's using a hair bun with accessories.
|
|
13. Kalai 'Mom' Mummy-Participants should perform a dance/sing for 1 minute,Audio CD format of the dance number should be brought by the participant.
|
|
14.. By Thabal - Both Patti Vaithyam (Minimum 5 traditional medicinal tips) and Kavithai(any number of lines on the topic mother) shoul reach us by 5th May 2009 to ther address mentioned below

15. All participants should buy "Amrutanjan Mothers Day" gift-hamper worth Rs.100/- and pin the attached tag with the filled application form.Amrutanjan gift-hamper will be available at virgo Events offices.

|
16. The filled in application form should reach us by 6th May '09 to the address given below.
|
|
17. Exhibition and sale of innovative items.Food stalls available at the venue.
|
|
18. Decision of the judges will be final
|
