Mrs. A. Dhilshath Katheeja is a dietician who helps promote good health especially for the mother and children.

Dhilshath did her graduation in Nutrition, Dietetics & Food Service Management and post graduation in Human Development (Child Development) & Family Development from the University of Madras.

After her graduation she had worked as a Diet counselor / educator in M.V.Diabetes Clinic. In her practice, she had counseled people with diabetes, heart disease, GDM, PCOS, PMS, Obesity, etc.

Dhilshath conducts frequent seminars on diet related to obesity and also in process of preparing an information booklet on

i. Nutrition during pregnancy and lactation
ii. Infant nutrition through one year

Dhilshath is a proud mom of 2 kids, handling both her career and home in a balanced way!
