 Promotes fertility :

If you’re pregnant or planning to get pregnant, mangoes will be a good addition to your

diet as it is rich in folic acid, and  B vitamin which helps promote fertility in both men and women and

prevent birth defects.


  

 

Regulate Blood Pressure:

Mango helps to regulate blood pressure, muscle contraction, and

 keep your bodily processes working correctly

 

 

Source of Iron:

Mango high Iron content is beneficial to people with anemia and pregnant women,

if eaten regularly
