Prenatal brain development is defined as brain of baby starts developing when he is in your womb.
When baby is in the womb, the first 36 weeks will be full of surprising developments that occur in his/her brain. It’s like babies are learning before they born.
Surely you will be surprised after reading this fact that the learning process of your baby begins when you carry him. There will be full of wonderful developments of the brain of baby and in eight weeks the taste buds begin to develop in a slow and sound process.
Your baby can taste all the flavors of foods as the taste buds develop slightly and it’s surprised that it can taste daily.
Next development in prenatal stage is baby can hear your voice and he/she starts to recognize it when his hearing begins to develop.
These are some interesting and main developments of the brain of baby and he can recognize you even when he has not seen you. The starting stage of brain development in babies is actually 2 to 3 weeks and after he reaches the age of about four weeks, different sections of his/her brain begin to mature.
At the seventh week, some hormonal works begin to start. Before the completion of this seventh week, your baby’s brain has no difference of whether it’s male or female.
After the completion of this seventh week, the hormonal reactions begin and the brain recognizes your baby’s sex. The brain of a boy and the brain of a girl start developing at slightly different pace.
By twenty-five weeks, the brain develops at a faster rate. The nervous system of your baby starts working in a developed level. He/she begins to remember sounds. At the 30th week, his/her brain grows tremendously and he begins to shape his/her memories.
Finally, between thirty-six to forty weeks, your baby’s brain developed and the prenatal brain development helps him to recognize you and your voice. He/she can join the previous memories of you after he is born.
