Ingredients

Rice - 1 cup

coconut milk - 1 1/2 cups

aniseed - 2

Cinnamon-1stick

Cardamom-2nos
 

green Chillies- 2 or 3

ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp

ghee - 2 tsp

 

 

Preparation :-

1. soak rice for half an hour...

2. heat ghee in a pan. saute ginger garlic paste and when it is done add green chillies.

3. add rice and fry well... add coconut milk. add salt

4. bring to boil

5. pressure cook well...

Now the rice is ready to serve
