Srilalitha learning centre caters to the needs of children with autism, ADHD, development delay and learning disability. SriLalitha Learning Center is in Choolaimedu and renowned child motivator, Lata Lakshminarayanan, conducts the classes. The aim of the learning center is to recognise, understand and establish innovative and comprehensive services addressing the special needs of children with learning problems and disabilities, so that they can cope up with their studies and general development.Srilalitha is an alternative learning centre for slow learners and learning disabled children. Special care is being taken to identify the special talents and interests of these children. The objective of the learning centre is to develop and educate them to become a strong individual who will have the preparedness and courage to carve a successful future for themselves and the community from which they come. Children with learning difficulties such as problems in reading, spellings, writing and comprehension, listening, pronunciation and memory skills can join the center. Regular counselling and parenting advice are given from Monday to Sunday with prior appointments. Admissions are open. Classes will be held from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 12.00 noon. Children in the age group of 5 to 12 years can join. Extra curricular activities like yoga, meditation, games, drawing, music and fun activities are also conducted.
